Sweet Berry Swirlcake

Not my recipe! I'm putting it here so i have somewhere to keep it and translate the measurements (though these may be somewhat inaccurate). Heres a link to the original!

-- Ingredients --

For Cake
⛦ 2 large eggs
⛦ 75g caster sugar
⛦ 30ml water
⛦ 1/2tsp vanilla extract
⛦ 50g all-purpose flour
⛦ 1/2tsp baking powder
⛦ 1/2tsp cinnamon
⛦ 1tsp salt

For Icing
⛦ 5g blackberries
⛦ 5g raspberries
⛦ 2tbsp water
⛦ 110g butter (room temperature)
⛦ 125 / 180g icing sugar
⛦ 1/2tsp vanilla extract

-- Method --

1. For the icing, cook berries and honey in a saucepan over medium heat, breaking the berries apart as much as you can
2. Simmer until significantly reduced - until it's about 30 to 45ml of liquid
3. Remove from heat and let cool
4. Cream the butter together with the cooled berries and 60g of the icing sugar
5. Mix until completely smooth, then add vanilla extract
6. Add additional icing sugar until desired consistency is reached
7. For the cake, preheat the oven to 190*c
8. Line and grease a shallow baking tin with parchment paper.
9. In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar until thick and pale yellow.
10. Beat in water and vanilla.
11. Beat in flour, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
12. Pour the batter into the baking sheet and smooth until the batter fills the edges of the pan.
13. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes, until golden and springy to the touch.
14. Run a knife around the edges of the cake and flip onto a clean dishtowel that's been lightly dusted with icing sugar.
15. Peel off the parchment, then starting on a short side, carefully roll the cake up with the towel in the middle and set aside to cool. If you're worried about breaking the cake, you can look up videos on making yule logs - it's essentially the same shape.
16. Once the cake has cooled for about 15 minutes, gently unroll it. If it doesn't unroll all the way, don't try to flatten it. This could break the cake!
17. Spread a layer of icing evenly over the entire cake. Feel free to use however much you'd like!
18. Gently roll the cake back up, and serve in slices.
